Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4 1983) is a Canadian actress and comedian based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known for her part in Superstore's sitcom Dina Fox. Ash is also a grad of the Second City Toronto Mainstage as well as Second City Chicago mainstage. She is also half the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was a Canadian Comedy Award recipient for Best Female Improviser two times in 2007 and 2006 and also won the award for Best Performance by a Female Television in 2012 as well as 2015. In 2015, she was nominated for the category of Best Female Performances in Feature Film for her part as Carol in Dirty Singles. She was also a guest on the prank-show "Scare Techniques". From 2020 onwards, Lauren co-hosts her own podcast, "True Crime and Cocktails" with her cousin, Christy Oxborrow.
